Leeward Inn Policies

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is between 3 pm – 6 pm; check-out is by 11 am. Please let us know in advance if you need to check in outside of these hours and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We are happy to store your luggage.

Payment and Cancellations

Full payment is due at the time of check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash and checks. 

Deposits are generally not required for room reservations. A credit card may be required to secure a reservation (for example: renting the entire Inn or for extended stays).

Breakfast

A full, hot breakfast is served between 8 am and 9 am. We will make accommodations for those who require an earlier start. When making a reservation, please inform us of any dietary restrictions and we will provide an alternate menu.

Children and Pets

Children of all ages are welcome. Children must be supervised and should not be left unattended. The Inn does not provide child care nor is it child-proof. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Please note that we do not provide cribs, highchairs, etc.

We do not allow pets of any kind at the Inn.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Each guest room has its own A/C unit and heater allowing you full control of the temperature in your room.

Ceiling fans are installed in each room and the windows are fully functional, should you prefer the smell of the ocean and the sounds of the village.

ENTERTAINMENT AND SOUND

Our guest rooms do not contain televisions. Use of personal electronic devices with speakers is welcome, providing one is considerate of fellow guests and our neighbors, and volume is kept at a reasonable level, particularly during evening and night hours.

We offer complimentary high-speed WiFi, enabling you to stream to your own personal device.

Guest Responsibilities

BEHAVIOR

Guests are expected to be respectful and courteous to each other and our neighbors and follow guidelines from the innkeepers.

DAMAGES

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. The Inn will charge repairs/damages at checkout which are subject to all other legal collection processes.

GUEST BELONGINGS

We understand that items may be accidentally left behind. We will gladly ship items back to the owners, at their cost. If items are unclaimed after 30 days, the Inn will either donate or dispose of them.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL

Drug use is forbidden and will result in immediate expulsion. Alcohol consumption is permitted but drunken or disorderly behavior is not.

SMOKING AND OPEN FLAMES

We have a strict no-smoking/vaping and no-flame (e.g. candles/lanterns) policy for the entire property.
